We are women with many job titles or 'hats' as I like to call them.  We are constantly evolving and re-designing ourselves, but how often do we take the time to be still and listen to those needs, let alone act on them.  We created our Women's Equine Wellness package for this reason.  It has been developed by women, for women to provide the space physically and mentally to give you strength, courage & honesty within.  Join the tribe today for a journey or laughs, self-discovery and empowerment that will last a lifetime.

Retreat Includes:

• Small personal size groups (max 8)
• 2 Hour Equine Workshop - Interactive session with our beautiful horses that includes:
  • Communication, self-awareness and self-empowerment activities
  • Mindfulness through therapeutic Horticultural practices with the horses
• Catered Lunch
