Life Skills for School Students and Youth Organisations
authentic connections
Life is not a destination, but a journey of self-discovery, trial and error, and growth.
We work with youth organisations, home-schooling groups, individuals and schools to deliver programs and opportunities for children to engage with our beautiful horses and grow as individuals.
Programs have been specifically designed to engage students mentally, physically and emotionally to discover their full potential.
In all our programs, participants have the opportunity to:
- build strong, healthy relationships based on trust, respect & integrity.
- develop communication & leadership skills.
- grow their sense of self-confidence and self-awareness.
There is no prior horse experience necessary, we do not ride the horses and all activities are done from the ground.
making it real
Horses have no pre-conceived ideas about friendships, grades, or demographics. They do however have the amazing ability to accept everyone without judgement.
When we work with horses, they respond only to the energy and intention in that moment. This gives participants the ability to adjust their behaviour in order to move forward as a team.
It is these moments, when linked with real life situations, that provide incredible learning opportunities.

Emerging leaders
Leadership Roles
Our Emerging Leaders program is suitable for:
- School Leadership Programs.
- Students looking to develop leadership skills.
- Leaders in sports and extra co-curricula activities.
WHY – As a herd animal, horses look for strong leadership. When they do not feel safe or they do not receive a clear message, they will resume the role of the leader.
Horses help students learn to be clear with their communication and considered with the choices, thus resulting in authentic leaders who make choices based on the abilities of their team and the overall outcome.
Teen Empowerment
Building Self-Esteem & Emotional Resilience
Our Teen Empowerment program:
- Offers an environment for like-minded students to connect and find their voice.
- Provides space and time to build self-esteem & confidence.
- Helps teens to understand and value healthy boundaries.
WHY – When no one seems to hear or understand, the horse will always listen.
Through positive interactions with their horse, the team will tackle various obstacles and overcome great challenges together.
Gaining confidence each week, students experience personal growth and development in a safe, inclusive environment.
