If you are a facilitator, instructor or event coordinator and would like to host your own retreat, Urban Connection facilities are designed to offer you and your participants a tranquil place of relaxation & connection amongst nature.

We understand your passion to host and provide a special event for your guests.  We are more than happy to assist you in the organisation to ensure you achieve your retreat goals.

Facilities are equipped with everything you will need to hold your next meeting including; Wifi, smart TV, whiteboard, tables and chairs.

With plenty of space (indoors and out) for breakout rooms, your team can cut the noise and focus on the task.

Perfect country get away, nestled in the Port Stephens Hinterland.  The Urban Connection Farm Retreat is great for friends, families or couples looking for a country break. 

The cottage boasts total privacy and exclusivity for your stay.  You will have access to the gardens and areas that surround the cottage.

Enjoy an afternoon bush walk, BBQ and small campfire in the evenings.

Centrally located – 30mins from Newcastle, Anna Bay & Hawks Nest and 45 mins from the Hunter Valley.  We are also conveniently located 20 mins from Newcastle Airport.
